Agilitech Solar Energy Solutions

Take Control of Rising Energy Costs

Custom-engineered solar + storage systems that cut operating costs, secure uptime, and lock in your energy independence.

Rising Energy Costs Are Strangling California Businesses

Commercial and industrial facilities don’t just pay for electricity. For agriculture, manufacturing, industrial, and commercial operators, these hidden costs erode margins and put your business at risk. You pay for:

  • Demand charges: one moment of peak usage can double your bill from just a single energy spike event during the month
  • Time-of-use rates: the highest prices at the exact hours you rely on power most
  • Grid instability: outages and PSPS events that interrupt production and threaten perishable goods

The Window for Maximum Savings Is Closing

The 30% federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) remains available, but recent IRS updates have narrowed how projects qualify. Construction must generally begin by July 4, 2026, and for many systems, be placed in service by December 31, 2027. The old 5% “safe harbor” is also restricted after September 2, 2025.

While the rules change, one thing doesn’t: Agilitech is your partner in navigating them. From eligibility reviews to scheduling and documentation, we ensure your project is structured to capture maximum incentives and deliver reliable savings.

FAQs

What if my facility doesn’t have enough roof space?

Not a problem. We design systems to fit your site, whether that means rooftop, ground-mounted, or carport canopy installations. Every solution is customized to your property and business goals, ensuring maximum energy savings and flexibility no matter the available space.

How do I know the system will last?
As a full-service EPC—not just a solar installer—Agilitech engineers for long-term durability. We use only Tier 1 equipment, backed by ongoing monitoring, scheduled maintenance programs, and a 10-year workmanship warranty. Our goal isn’t just to install your system, but to make sure it performs reliably for decades.
Why should I choose Agilitech instead of another solar provider?
Many solar installers have come and gone, leaving clients without support. Agilitech is different. Since 2002, we’ve delivered complex infrastructure projects across industries with a commitment to long-term partnership. Our clients choose us for our EPC expertise, financial strength, and unwavering values—Quality, Integrity, and Resilience. When you work with Agilitech, you’re backed by a team that stands by every project and isn’t going anywhere.
How is this financed?
Every business has unique goals, which is why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Agilitech connects you with creative financing solutions through our network of trusted, reputable partners. Whether you prefer a direct cash purchase, 100% financing with no money down, or a power purchase agreement, we’ll run detailed financial models to show you how each option impacts savings, cash flow, and ROI.

Because we maintain strong relationships with financing providers across the commercial, industrial, government, and non-profit sectors, we can align you with the structure that best supports your business objectives—whether that’s maximizing tax incentives, preserving working capital, or accelerating payback.

Will installation disrupt operations?
Construction projects can create challenges, but we know how critical it is to keep your business running smoothly. Our EPC team carefully coordinates permitting, interconnection, and construction schedules to minimize disruption and downtime. We plan work around your operational needs and maintain clear communication throughout the process, so you stay informed and in control.

The result is a seamless installation experience—engineered to deliver long-term savings without unnecessary interruptions to your day-to-day business.

What if utility rates or policies change?
Utility rates are unpredictable, but your energy strategy doesn’t have to be. We design and model systems conservatively, stress-testing performance against different rate scenarios and policy environments. The combination of on-site solar and battery storage puts power back in your hands, giving you cost control and resilience that utilities struggle to match. Even under sensitivity analysis, these solutions consistently deliver long-term savings and stability.
How do I know the IRR is realistic?
Our financial modeling is rooted in your actual energy profile—usage data, current utility rates, available incentives, and your business objectives. We then run conservative scenarios to ensure projections hold up under stress testing. On average, our clients achieve an internal rate of return (IRR) of 28.6%, with some projects exceeding 60%. Even in the most cautious models, you’ll see clearly defined, minimum guaranteed savings.
Is this suitable for small or mid-size facilities?
Absolutely—but not every business is the same. That’s why we start with a thorough, data-driven energy savings assessment. Our EPC experts evaluate your facility, utility profile, and business goals to determine whether solar and battery solutions are the right fit. If they are, you’ll see exactly how much you can save. And if not, we’ll be transparent about it. Our commitment is to delivering the right solution—not just any solution.
What happens if my energy needs grow or change?
Systems are modular and scalable. We can expand capacity or adjust storage to meet changing demand over time.
What happens after I submit my request for a Free Energy Savings Assessment?

Once you submit your request, our EPC experts get to work. Within 48 hours, one of our team members will reach out to schedule a quick consultation—either virtual or in person if you’re local. From there, we’ll:

  1. Understand Your Goals – We’ll discuss what matters most to your business, whether it’s lowering costs, capturing tax benefits, or advancing sustainability.
  2. Review Your Energy Profile – You’ll authorize your utility to share your energy usage with us (a simple online step that takes just seconds).
  3. Conduct a Site Walk – Our engineers will visit your facility to assess your property, electrical systems, and utility service gear.
  4. Present a Tailored Proposal – You’ll receive a custom plan showing projected savings, ROI, and financing options.

From proposal to contract and project kickoff, our EPC experts guide you every step of the way.

How quickly can we get started?
Once you’ve signed the Notice-to-Proceed, most commercial and industrial solar + battery projects are completed in 9–15 months. The exact timeline depends on permitting requirements, utility approvals, and governing agencies—some jurisdictions move faster, while others require additional steps.

The best strategy? Start now. Every step you take today—from assessment to proposal to financing—shortens the path to project kickoff and long-term savings.

How is Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar different from residential solar?
C&I solar projects are significantly more complex than residential installations. While a home system may be completed in a few months, C&I projects typically run on a 9–15 month cycle once the Notice-to-Proceed is signed. That’s because they involve larger systems, more stringent permitting, utility interconnections, and financing considerations.

Agilitech brings utility-scale expertise into the C&I space, managing these complexities with the same rigor we apply to large-scale energy projects. The result is a solution engineered for performance, resilience, and strong financial returns over decades.
