Amy Pearson

Director - Engineering

Amy Pearson brings nearly 20 years of experience in project management and electrical engineering, delivering complex projects with precision and efficiency across a variety of sectors. She has played a pivotal role in standardizing the Electrical Division’s QA/QC processes and developing a comprehensive training program, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients and reinforcing Agilitech’s commitment to excellence.

A champion of technology-driven solutions, Amy led the implementation of Aveva software products for instrumentation and electrical design, expanding the division’s capabilities and enabling enhanced service offerings that provide greater value to clients. Her strategic approach to engineering, combined with a focus on operational efficiency, has strengthened project execution and elevated client satisfaction.

Beyond her technical leadership, Amy is the founder and Chair of Agilitech’s FUN Committee, where she organizes employee appreciation events that foster collaboration, culture, and a positive workplace environment.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture Sciences from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, blending a foundation in technical sciences with her extensive engineering expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

KC Aldridge

Director - Renewable Energy & Construction

As Director of Renewable Energy and Construction at Agilitech, KC Aldridge leads the design, engineering, procurement, and execution of renewable energy projects that align with our clients’ long-term business goals. With a focus on quality, reliability, and real-world performance, he oversees initiatives ranging from electrical and automation design for biogas facilities to the full development and EPC delivery of solar, hydrogen, battery storage, and microgrid systems.

KC brings more than 25 years of construction and project management experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, with project valuations up to $195 million. His extensive background enables him to guide complex projects from concept through commissioning—delivering integrated solutions that are technically sound, financially strategic, and built to last.

KC is especially passionate about supporting already-developed renewable projects with EPC execution that meets the high standards required in today’s solar and energy storage markets. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and an unwavering focus on client success, system performance, and long-term value.

A champion of Agilitech’s culture, KC is also a proud member of the FUN Committee, helping host bimonthly employee appreciation events that bring teams together.

Outside of work, KC enjoys the outdoors—especially fishing, biking, backpacking, and hiking with his family.

Tyler Martin

Rick Watson

Director - Preconstruction

Rick Watson brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in construction management, renewable energy, and the highly regulated oil and gas sectors. As Director of Preconstruction at Agilitech, he draws on his proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects with precision, efficiency, and quality.

Throughout his career, Rick has overseen more than 1,000 commercial and industrial renewable energy and construction projects, along with over 5,000 residential solar installations. His expertise lies in streamlining processes, implementing KPIs, and developing execution frameworks that reduce rework, accelerate timelines, and improve profitability. He is passionate about building strong teams through mentorship, empowerment, and collaboration—ensuring every project is positioned for long-term success.

Prior to joining Agilitech, Rick held leadership roles with Chevron, Matrix Service, and RHC, where he advanced project execution systems, developed multimillion-dollar business pipelines, and delivered measurable operational improvements. He also played a key role in advancing Lean Six Sigma initiatives that saved tens of millions in project costs.

Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Education from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with additional certifications in operational excellence, root cause analysis, and safety standards.

Eric Powers

Administrator of Business Applications

Eric Powers leads the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across all Agilitech locations, ensuring streamlined systems that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and operational visibility. He automates processes and optimizes workflows, enabling teams to focus on high-value tasks while maintaining consistent, reliable performance.

With extensive experience in accounting systems within SAP SQL environments, Eric develops and refines reporting tools that provide actionable insights into both Agilitech’s operations and client performance. His contributions support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and enhanced service delivery across the organization.

Eric combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of organizational needs, ensuring technology solutions align with Agilitech’s goals and drive measurable value for clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Alyssa Wolfer

Director - Organizational Development & Marketing

Alyssa Wolfer is the Director of Marketing & Organizational Development at Agilitech, where she leads brand strategy, digital marketing, and client engagement initiatives. She develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies that position Agilitech as a trusted partner, drive new business opportunities, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships. Her efforts include overseeing digital campaigns, content strategy, thought leadership, and client communications that translate brand awareness into measurable business growth.

With over a decade of experience, Alyssa has held key leadership roles overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, and organizational planning. She has also served as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on workforce planning, organizational development, change management, and supporting the company through various mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integrations while maintaining employee engagement and performance.

Alyssa’s expertise spans marketing, HR, management, business strategy, organizational development, and professional ethics. She combines this broad experience with a deep-seated commitment to Agilitech’s core values of integrity, resilience, and innovation. She holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy, specializing in Professional Ethics, from Utrecht University, blending academic insight with practical experience to drive organizational excellence and sustainable growth.

Tyler Martin

Bo Jones

Business Development Leader

With over 15 years of experience spanning operations and business development, Bo Jones brings a unique blend of hands-on industry expertise and entrepreneurial strategy to his role at Agilitech. His career began with humanitarian work in developing countries, where he developed a deep commitment to problem-solving and practical impact—an approach that continues to define his work today.

Bo’s professional path includes leadership roles in agricultural and industrial operations, as well as founding a renewable energy startup focused on off-grid and sustainable solutions. He has helped launch multiple successful teams and businesses, and has led development for major industrial, data center, and renewable energy projects across the U.S., including innovative solar applications for manufacturers and farmers.

At Agilitech, Bo works directly with clients to develop cost-effective, forward-thinking renewable energy strategies that support both environmental and business sustainability. His expertise in energy independence and resilient system design helps clients future-proof their operations in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Bo is passionate about strategy, deeply invested in client success, and driven by a commitment to values-based leadership. Outside of work, his time is dedicated to his family, faith, and community service. He believes that business should be a force for good—and that innovation, when paired with integrity, can change industries for the better.

Deanna Barker

Controller

Deanna Barker leads Agilitech’s Accounting Team, overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. She manages accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, payroll, tax compliance, and financial close processes, while preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal leadership and external stakeholders. Deanna monitors budgets, analyzes financial performance, and provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

An experienced bookkeeper and manager, Deanna is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and previously owned her own tax preparation business, bringing both technical expertise and entrepreneurial insight to her role. She is passionate about mentoring and training colleagues, helping team members improve efficiency and strengthen their professional skills. Deanna played a key role in supporting Agilitech’s SAP implementation and upgrades, ensuring a smooth, timely transition that enhanced financial reporting, operational processes, and system adoption.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Deanna co-hosts Agilitech’s annual Summer Ice Cream Social alongside co-founder Ben Gough, one of the company’s longest-standing events. Her leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to fostering both team performance and company culture make her an invaluable contributor to Agilitech’s continued success.

Vanessa Barajas

Human Resources Manager

Vanessa is the Human Resources Manager at Agilitech, where she brings over a decade of experience in human resources and financial operations to her leadership role. During her tenure, she has managed the Accounting function, gaining deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization, which complements her strategic approach to HR and organizational management. She excels in cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.

Certified in Human Resources Management from California State University, Bakersfield, Vanessa leverages her diverse background to support both management and employees, balancing operational efficiency with employee engagement and professional development. Vanessa is passionate about fostering environments that promote professional growth, engagement, and collaboration. She leads initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce development, strengthening Agilitech’s culture and ensuring the organization remains a place where individuals can thrive and contribute to long-term success.
