Amy Pearson
Director - Engineering
Amy brings more than 15 years of experience in effective project management, as well as extensive experience in electrical design. Amy has successfully established a standardized QA/QC process and training program for the Electrical Division, helping to ensure a consistent and high quality product for our clients. She has also led the effort to implement the use of Aveva software products for instrumentation design, electrical design, and engineering to provide expanded service offerings and greater value. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture Sciences from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

KC Aldridge
Director - Renewable Energy & Construction
As Director of Renewable Energy and Construction at Agilitech, KC Aldridge leads the design, engineering, procurement, and execution of renewable energy projects that align with our clients’ long-term business goals. With a focus on quality, reliability, and real-world performance, he oversees initiatives ranging from electrical and automation design for biogas facilities to the full development and EPC delivery of solar, hydrogen, battery storage, and microgrid systems.
KC brings more than 25 years of construction and project management experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, with project valuations up to $195 million. His extensive background enables him to guide complex projects from concept through commissioning—delivering integrated solutions that are technically sound, financially strategic, and built to last.
KC is especially passionate about supporting already-developed renewable projects with EPC execution that meets the high standards required in today’s solar and energy storage markets. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and an unwavering focus on client success, system performance, and long-term value.
A champion of Agilitech’s culture, KC is also a proud member of the FUN Committee, helping host bimonthly employee appreciation events that bring teams together.
Outside of work, KC enjoys the outdoors—especially fishing, biking, backpacking, and hiking with his family.

Bo Jones
Business Development Leader
With over 15 years of experience spanning operations and business development, Bo Jones brings a unique blend of hands-on industry expertise and entrepreneurial strategy to his role at Agilitech. His career began with humanitarian work in developing countries, where he developed a deep commitment to problem-solving and practical impact—an approach that continues to define his work today.
Bo’s professional path includes leadership roles in agricultural and industrial operations, as well as founding a renewable energy startup focused on off-grid and sustainable solutions. He has helped launch multiple successful teams and businesses, and has led development for major industrial, data center, and renewable energy projects across the U.S., including innovative solar applications for manufacturers and farmers.
At Agilitech, Bo works directly with clients to develop cost-effective, forward-thinking renewable energy strategies that support both environmental and business sustainability. His expertise in energy independence and resilient system design helps clients future-proof their operations in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Bo is passionate about strategy, deeply invested in client success, and driven by a commitment to values-based leadership. Outside of work, his time is dedicated to his family, faith, and community service. He believes that business should be a force for good—and that innovation, when paired with integrity, can change industries for the better.

Kevin Fath
Director - Finance
Kevin Fath is the Director of Finance at Agilitech, where he oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on enhancing financial performance and driving strategic growth. His role involves leading budget management, developing financial models, and providing critical insights for decision-making at the executive level.
Prior to Agilitech, Kevin was a Corporate Development Analyst at The Williams Companies, a Fortune 500 energy leader, where he managed a $200 million budget, optimized capital allocation, and supported M&A activities with comprehensive financial analysis. His work included integrating acquired business units, creating long-term financial forecasts, and reporting key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Earlier in his career, Kevin advised on ASC 606 revenue recognition at Deloitte for public oil and gas companies. He earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Alyssa Wolfer
Director - Organizational Development & Marketing
Alyssa embodies over a decade of multifaceted expertise spanning marketing, human resources, management, business strategy and ethics, organizational development, and leadership. Her wealth of experience is augmented by a deep-seated commitment to Agilitech’s core operational values, rooted in integrity, resilience and innovation. Through her authentic dedication, Alyssa infuses a unique vision of growth into the organization, steering it towards success while upholding unwavering principles of integrity in all facets of business and decision-making. Alyssa’s fervor for nurturing client engagement and connecting clients with Agiltiech’s premium solutions underscores her holistic approach to driving organizational excellence, making her an invaluable asset to Agilitech’s journey of innovation and prosperity.

Eric Powers
Administrator of Business Applications
Eric provides IT infrastructure design, development, implementation, and maintenance for all Agilitech locations. He ensures streamlined systems that automate tasks to provide data integrity and visibility. His extensive work with accounting systems within a SAP SQL environment has provided insights into both Agilitech and customer performance through the development and refinement of reporting and tools.

Deanna Barker
Controller
Deanna is responsible for managing the Accounting Team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and generating monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. She is an experienced bookkeeper and manager, a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, and owned her own tax prep business for many years. She enjoys helping, teaching, and training others to improve their efficiency. Deanna supported the SAP implementation and upgrade to ensure a smooth and timely process.
