The Agilitech team implemented a one-of-a-kind, 369.4kW carport spanning over 400 feet. This innovative structure supports the energy requirements for 160 units, providing shade and EV charging stations for residents. Recognized and approved by the California Energy Commission, the carport design operates with a single meter, benefiting all 160 units efficiently.
