Kelly has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas, food and beverage, clean energy, financial, and non-profit industries. She specializes in personnel management, fleet and asset management, and project controls, coordination, and management. Kelly’s passion is to develop people and processes and she consistently looks for and cultivates excellence in the people around her.

Kelly oversees a team of skilled project coordinators, schedulers, and document control specialists responsible for developing project budgets and schedules, monitoring costs and work in progress, forecasting project spending and completion, managing project procurement, and maintaining historical data to improve the accuracy of future estimates. She has been instrumental in developing customized processes and reports, utilizing SAP and the ERP system for improved project visibility, tracking, forecasting, and planning. All of these resources enable Agilitech to deliver accurate and effective project reporting, that can be customized to meet the individual needs of each project.

In addition, Kelly’s department is also responsible for company operations, fleet and asset management, and contract management. She recently implemented new tagging and tracking procedures for Agilitech vehicles and tools to improve inventory control, maintenance, and cost management. Kelly and her team support the construction, engineering, and panel divisions within Agilitech, manage internal projects, and ensure the hospitality and professionalism of our campuses.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics from the University of Arizona.
