In his role as Director of Construction Operations, Marty brings with him 26 years of industry experience and a leadership style of trust and integrity. He takes seriously his responsibility for the people around him, and is committed to safety above all. He is dedicated to doing everything in his power to ensure that employees return home to their families in the same condition that they came to work in the morning. He has played a key role in developing SOPs and QEW status, ensuring that employees are consistently receiving the appropriate level of training and achieving the necessary qualifications to work safely and effectively. Marty has also been responsible for the leadership progression process, ensuring that employees are supported, equipped and empowered to realize their career potential.
